Michelin and the Tire Industry Association have, in honor of 2012’s Tire Safety Week, produced a training video for both tire and transportation industries. The joint production covers tire inspections and overall vehicle inspections relative to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration’s Compliance, Safety and Accountability program.
The 16-minute video goes into a fair amount of detail on how tires are scored within CSA, vehicle maintenance violations and pre-trip inspections. It also includes graphs and sharp photos of non-compliant tires.
