In a video posted on Vimeo, stuntman and pro truck racer Mike Ryan takes on the mountains and its hairpin turns in his Freightliner Cascadia.

Ryan’s truck is built for this type of racing, and in the video you get a multi-angle view of the truck zipping through the road course in the Rockies and even sliding — “drifting” — around a few of the turns.

According to the video’s description, Ryan’s truck weighs about 10,000 pounds and has 2,500 horsepower.

It’s quite a run in the race, and at points, Ryan’s truck is hanging off the edge of the mountainside. The full 6-minute video is posted above.
