Wreaths Across America looking for owner-ops to haul loads of wreaths to cemeteries

Wreaths at Nashville National CemeteryWreaths Across America is making a last-minute push to secure the trucks it needs to haul wreaths nationwide to cemeteries around the country as part of its annual wreath laying ceremonies, intended to memorialize fallen veterans.

TCA, a sponsor of Wreaths Across America, said WAA still needs for owner-operators or fleets to cover 20 remaining loads of wreaths.

On its truckloadofrespect.com website, WAA has routes that can be selected. Companies can also donate money to “sponsor a load” to help cover expenses of a owner-operator so they can participate without losing revenue.

WAA says its partnership with the trucking industry makes the program possible. It lays thousands of wreaths nationwide — including thousands at Arlington National Cemetery — to honor military veterans who died in service to the U.S.
