Diesel falls again, still above $4

The national average diesel price stopped just short of falling below the $4 mark this week, edging down another 2 cents to $4.01 a gallon for the week ended Nov. 5. The price is 12.3 cents higher than the same week last year. For seasonal trends and more information, see CCJ’s report.
