Fair Pay Bill

Eric Zephyr, founder and chief operating officer of the American Reform Association, said the bill, An Hour’s Pay for an Hour’s Work Act, “would not require motor carriers to compensate drivers per hour, just that their wages would need to average out to at least the minimum.”
