Gearing up for next month here, folks, Overdrive‘s 50th-anniversary special issue, in which we’ll look at owner-operator history, a significant portion of which is contained in the various legislative and regulatory developments that have underpinned the very ability of self-employed people to run the roads in big trucks. Today weekend we’re asking you to name the most important among various developments that have had impacts for better and worse for owner-operators.
