Trucking TV host, Hollywood stuntman set out to re-create iconic 'White Line Fever' stunt
If you haven't seen the full classic "White Line Fever" film, there's a good chance you at least remember the iconic scene of the "Blue Mule" Ford cabover being jumped through a large sign. There's now an effort ongoing to re-create that stunt for the trucking film's 50th anniversary.

Owner-operator Todd Scruggs has owned the truck since 2012, but it was inoperable from the time he bought until he started its rebuild in 2023. After working on the truck during his downtime over two years, the rebuild is complete and the truck is going back to work.

Lois Yoder Trucking bought the 2013 Pete in 2024 and worked it for the year before pulling it off the road to touch it up and get it ready for the 2025 truck show season. The truck, originally built by A&A Stainless Steel, has picked up awards at multiple shows.
