Chris Burroughs

Chris Burroughs is President & CEO of the Transportation Intermediaries Association. He has been with TIA stretching back to the early 2010s, last serving as its vice president of government affairs, where he oversaw all legislative and regulatory efforts before Congress and the federal agencies. He has played a key role in positioning TIA as a voice of the 3PL industry with Congressional and regulatory leaders. Under his leadership TIA obtained support for many key policy priorities, including passage of CTPAT Pilot Program Act of 2023. Additionally, he has served on the board of directors of the Unified Carrier Registration (UCR) Plan and was nominated two years ago to serve as the chair of the Industry Advisory Subcommittee.
