In the wake of FMCSA's stricter scrutiny of ELDs, three already registered landed on the "Revoked Devices" list. Carriers using the devices should stop using them, revert to paper logs, and replace them with a compliant ELD.

Five more ELDs lose certification from FMCSA
FMCSA has revoked the certification of ELDs from five providers: Ontime Logs, Green Light ELD, Sahara ELD, US Fast, and ELD Wise. Users advised to revert to paper logs or logging software for hours of service recording.

Eight ELDs from Gorilla Fleet Safety have been placed on FMCSA's Revoked Devices list, and motor carriers are encouraged to discontinue their use and revert to paper logs meantime. The Gorilla company noted it self-revoked the devices as part of product portfolio updates back in December.
