10 ELDs removed from FMCSA's 'Registered Devices' list
Drivers who use the revoked ELDs must stop using the devices and revert to paper logs or logging software to record required hours-of-service data and replace the revoked ELDs with a compliant device before Jan. 30, 2024.

Most provinces have adopted Canada's ELD mandate into their regulations for province-only truckers. Significantly, however, Alberta and Saskatchewan still have no plan to adopt.

Two more ELDs revoked by FMCSA
The agency on Thursday removed both Falcon ELD and KSK ELD from its list of Registered Devices. Operators using either device have until Nov. 13 to replace it with a compliant ELD, FMCSA said.
