“You have to make time for the details, and I don’t think you can ever find a stopping point,” Culver says. He says he tends to focus on his tires and wheels. “I’m pretty fanatical about black tires and clean wheels,” he says. “You can have the best looking, cleanest truck out there, but if your wheels are dirty, you’re not finished.”
