Springfield, Mo.,-based carrier Prime, Inc., now has a full-service medical facility at its terminal in Springfield. The medical center employs a full-time physician and four nurses from Orion Healthcare and offers primary care treatment, occupational medicine, DOT physicals, urgent care and wellness screening.
The facility is part of the carrier’s healthcare program, which both company drivers and owner-operators have access to. Drivers without health insurance can receive discounts to use the facility.
