Anna Sosnia never planned to be a truck driver. But a few years ago she saw an ad for truck driving school. She enrolled in it and loved it.

Sosnia says getting into the industry was a ā€œrandom decisionā€ but the ā€œbest thing Iā€™ve ever done.ā€ She now hauls dry van over-the-road for two to three weeks at a time and runs nationwide. ā€œI feel pretty, but also good at what I do,ā€ she says.

Sosnia was one of three finalists in this yearā€™s Overdriveā€™s Most Beautiful contest and attended the Great American Trucking Show in Dallas in August, where she was photographed in front of Brian Davisā€™ 2005 Peterbilt 379 and matching 2012 Wilson trailer.

Davisā€™ rig competed in the Overdriveā€™s Pride & Polish National Championship finale in the Limited-Mileage Combo category.
