Owner-operators with over-the-road contracts are eligible for pay increases per mile that can range from $3,000 to $4,000 per year, Egan, Minn.-based Dart Transit Co. says.
The increase, which pushes mileage rate as high as $1.00 per mile, will become effective April 1.
