Updating shorter lists that ran in the January issue, here are states that have confirmed their electronic-logging-device-mandate enforcement intentions ahead of April 1, when ELD-related violations begin contributing points to carriers’ CSA scores and out-of-service orders associated with ELD-specific violations go into effect.
