California-based Lucas Oil Products creates a complete line of products for the heavy-duty trucking market including oil additives, motor oils, transmission and gear oils, and fuel treatments. It also offers several products to ensure your truck works smoothly and reliably throughout the winter.
Lucas’ Anti-Gel cold-weather diesel treatment contains real water dispersants to remove moisture from the entire fuel system, lowers the cold filter plugging point of ULSD and biofuels, and prevents fuel thickening and gelling.
Anti-Gel contains no alcohol and will not void warranties, according to the company. Available in one quart, one-half gallon, 5-gallon containers, and 55-gallon drums.
Another Lucas product that can help during the winter is its Complete Engine Treatment. When added to your truck’s fuel, it cleans and lubricates the entire fuel system, removes harmful deposits on intake valves and cylinder heads, and lubricates the upper cylinder walls as well as the compression rings and oil rings.
When added to your truck’s oil it can improve cold temperature fluidity, reduces gum and varnish, and reduces friction and wear, according to the company.
Available in 16-ounce bottles.
