ATA Good Stuff Trucking Image Award winners announced
Two carriers and two state trucking associations received the American Trucking Associations’ Good Stuff Trucking Image awards. Milan, Ind.-based Baylor Trucking Inc., Greensboro-N.C.-based Mack Trucks, the Minnesota Trucking Association and the Tennessee Trucking Association were honored for enhancing the industry’s image, said ATA President and CEO Bill Graves. Averitt wins clean diesel award
Averitt Express, based in Cookeville, Tenn., was among other fleets honored with the Clean Diesel Leadership Award from the Tennessee Trucking Association. The new award recognizes transportation companies that have made “significant, measurable improvements in air quality through the development and/or implementation of clean diesel actions,” a Tennessee Trucking Association statement says.
