As reported April 5, though trucking association-led efforts to delay compliance continue with the California Air Resources Board, CARB's Truck and Bus Regulation's final phase, if it stands as written, requires repower or replacement of trucks registered or operating in the state with 2007-2009-emissions-spec engines by the end of 2022.
