Jon Asiala

Jon Asiala is cofounder and owner of brokerage Blue Water Transportation and the Blutrans trucking company, headquartered in Traverse City, Michigan, and in business since founding with a partner in 1998. His current work follows well more than three decades in truck transportation in some form or other, since he got his start as a broker with C.H. Robinson working out of its Detroit office early in his career. Freight specialties for his companies are diverse, with customers in and around his region and farther afield.
