Robert A. Spelke is a retired federal prosecutor and criminal defense counsel. He has extensive trial experience over his 30 years of practicing law. Tired of law, he obtained his CDL and learned the trucking business from the ground up. He obtained operating authority and opened his own trucking company, which led to his owning/operating seven trucks. He now is fully retired and lives a quieter life in Florida.
