Trucking Is a Service, Not a Commodity


Touting safety, primarily, and the environment, the government and certain trucking associations, as well as safety advocates (U.S. and Canadian), have or are trying to limit trucks to 105 kph or 65 mph.

Take a look at the bigger picture. The shippers and ATA want longer, heavier trucks for safety, the environment, cost, etc. The government and safety advocates want to slow trucks down. So
