Rescued puppy now trucking dog

Dear Carolyn,

A while back I wrote about the loss of my two best friends, Bouncie and Bullet.  I swore I would never go through that hurt again.  I took a trucking job and have been driving for four years now.   On Nov. 3, 2009 we were out by the fire at our place in GA.  I sensed something by my feet.  It was dark and breezy.  This thing began biting at my ankles.  My husband shined a light and there I saw a little puppy.  She was flea bitten and so very skinny.  The miracle of the story Carolyn, we live a mile off the road.  Where did she come from?  I picked her up, she was shivering and cuddled her.  I quickly grabbed a towel and wrapped her in it.  The very next day she was in the truck and has been every since.  She makes  friends everywhere she goes.  My heart has healed since Journey came into our lives.  I know it was a miracle from the Lord.  It still baffles me when I think about it.  I believe we both know God is able.  Thank you for reading my story about my miracle dog named Journey!
