House sets hearing on DOT truck safety program

Shutterstock 104811446 E1347026065211The U.S. House Highways and Transit Subcommittee has scheduled a Sept. 13 hearing, “Evaluating the Effectiveness of DOT’s Truck and Bus Safety Program,” at 10 a.m., which will be aired live via a webcast.

Rep. John Duncan (R-Tenn.) heads the subcommittee, whose jurisdiction includes U.S. highway safety programs and policy governing highway projects planning, approval and construction.
