Bay & Bay Transportation of St. Paul, Minn., increased its retention bonus for qualifying mileage contractors and company drivers by 1 cent for every dispatched mile driven, both loaded and empty, until Sept. 30, 2015.
This is in addition to the preexisting 1-cent retention bonus already in effect through March 31, 2015.
