For the sixth year in a row, the Quebec-based Express Mondor fleet has brought together more than 200 people for its annual golf tournament and fund-raising dinner in support of the Quebec Breast Cancer Foundation. On June 20, 160 people participated in the golf tournament and 200 gathered for dinner at Club de golf Berthier.
Over the past six years, Express Mondor has contributed to research and assistance for people living with breast cancer by supporting the Quebec Breast Cancer Foundation. This year, the event brought in $33,000 to bring Express Mondor to a total of nearly $165,000 donated to the Foundation since the first edition of the tournament.
“The Express Mondor Golf Tournament has become a tradition,” says company CEO Eric Mondor. “People look forward to it and are very happy to get together and have a good time while contributing to a cause that affects many women and is important to us. We thank the members of the organizing committee, our employees, our partners and our clients who participated in our benefit event to help defeat this disease. We are very proud of our pink truck that embraces the Foundation’s colors and carries its message across North America”The amount donated by Express Mondor supports breast cancer research, promotes breast health through education and awareness and helps support people affected by breast cancer.
