Trucker-songwriter Bill Weaver live at MATS

Bill Weaver made it happen at the Red Eye Radio booth at the Mid-America Trucking Show yesterday, which you’ll see in a brief bit featuring two tracks form a three-track digital EP he’s offering as something of a preview to a new record due in June.

Catch the performance in the video above, and for those of you at MATS, look for Bill at the Tough Tested booth in the West Wing, where you’ll find these cards with download codes for the new songs. The Flippin, Ark.-based trucker’s “Burnin’ the Old School Down” follows the well-received “Every Mile I Drive.” Hear more from my talk with him about that disc via the podcast from this time last year below.
