Independent’s 1986 long-hooded Pete 359 refer hauler

Kenny MorrowIndependent Kenny Morrow hauls fresh and frozen chicken for Tyson with this 1986 extended-hood Peterbilt 359. He bought the truck 17 years ago, he said, and it’s the third 359 he’s owned. The truck is bearing down on the 2 million mile mark, and Morrow says he does all of the necessary work on the truck himself. His dad started their Morrow Trucking Co., based in St. Charles, Mo., in 1984, and Morrow says he took over the business in 2011. The truck is powered by a 425-hp 3406B Cat and a 13-speed transmission with 3.55 rears.
