Steven Loheac hauls horses with this 1999 Kenworth W900. The truck has a Detroit Series 60 with 500 horsepower and an 18-speed transmission. Loheac, based in Columbus, N.C., pulls a 1997 Phoenix custom-made 15 horse trailer that features a closed circuit TV system se he can keep an eye on the horses going down the road. Loheac Horse Transportation, in business since 1992, primarily moves show horses on the East Coast.
