Exercise product: Arm weights

The Shake Weight is an exercise product made specifically for women — but it can also be used by men. By shaking the product, arm muscles get a workout that only requires six minutes of your time each day, the company says. The Shake Weight package includes the 25-pound Shake Weight and a workout DVD.
