Ametek CAN IO X Expander Interface Module Ametek’s CAN I/O X Expander interface module is engineered to provide heavy-duty manual transmissions and engines a means to connect with electronic instrumentation by converting switched, analog or pulsed input into a standard or proprietary J1939 CAN data bus message for any device. The module features 10 switched and analog inputs and a minimal footprint of 18.7 square inches for mounting onto a vehicle chassis, and is sealed against dust and moisture penetration to help withstand harsh conditions and rugged off-highway environments.
