New placard holders aim to ease use for truckers

J. J. Keller & Associates earlier this year launched its new Glide’NGo Placard Holder, developed in response to feedback from fleets and drivers.

Jj Keller Placard HolderThe offering makes inserting and removing placards “effortless,” the company said, even in challenging environments.

What distinguishes the Glide’NGo Placard Holder from other options is user-centric design, the company added. The angled ramp guides placards smoothly over the retaining clip, while raised ribs inside the frame help prevent catch points for easier handling. Thumb notches make placard changes quick and intuitive.

An embossed “UP” arrow ensures proper orientation every time, eliminating guesswork and improving compliance, the company noted. “Our Glide’NGo Placard Holder exemplifies J. J. Keller’s commitment to developing innovative solutions that meet our customers’ needs,” said Joel Clark, J. J. Keller Director of Product Management. “Built for real-world use, it solves the long-standing challenge drivers face with placard insertion and removal.”

Additional features include:

  • Water and debris channel out of the frame via built-in drain holes.
  • Placards secured with patented stainless-steel Dura-Clip low-profile snap fastener.
  • Installs easily with pre-drilled mount holes.
  • Three distinct styles: full frame, four clipped corners, and split/divided design.
  • Durable, high-quality material options: raw or white aluminum, or stainless steel (full frame only).
  • Stores up to 4 placards.
