I’ve been driving since 1979 and was doing so when accommodations for women were scarce. I own three trucks and drive one. I have been leased to my carrier for 29 years. What I think makes me eligible is my involvement in rescue. I have had 700-plus dogs and two horses and some cats adopted from my home in six years. At any time there are 20 or more dogs at my place waiting for homes.
