I feel like the most beautiful thing is to not get too overboard about being a woman in trucking or having something to prove, but just to be darn skilled at what you do and enjoy the beautiful parts of driving truck; the pride after leaving the Beacon, the view looking out over a long hood, getting to visit other facilities and learn a little about other industries, the tone and ring of your stacks on a crisp fall morning, seeing different locations and meeting lots of people, when you hear helpful camaraderie on the CB … That’s what I live and love!
