Daily health tip: Try crunches each day

Before even getting out of bed, try some exercising. Do 10 stomach crunches while lying flat on your mattress. The mattress is not bad on your back, and you’re already in position. Increase daily by one until you get up to 100. Not sure you will ever get to 100? Try it.
