The double cheeseburger represents about 21.5 percent of your daily calorie intake based on a 2,000 calorie diet, as opposed to the quarter-pounder with cheese at 38 percent. The Mayo Clinic recommends between 44 and 78 grams of fat per day, so with the double quarter-pounder with cheese, you’ve already exceeded the lower end of that recommendation.
