Updated Jun 27, 2014

Many foods comes in a low-fat version, so try the low-fat versions of your favorite foods or beverages. Drink 2-percent, 1-percent or skim milk as opposed to whole milk, use light mayonnaise and eat lower-fat foods such as boneless, skinless chicken or ground beef with an 85-15 or better fat ratio.
