Sugar, caffeine and calories pour into your body with every soda you drink. Try to cut back on the sodas, or go crazy and scrap them altogether. Replace sodas with juice or with iced tea if you still need a caffeine fix. Water is the best substitute, but it might take a while to get used to. Step down slowly. Reduce your intake of sodas then begin replacing them with healthier drinks like juice or water.
