Public voting open for TCA Highway Angel of the Year
The Truckload Carriers Association has opened the public voting process for its Highway Angels of the Year award.
The annual awards program will conclude at TCA’s 2025 Annual Convention, March 15-18, in Phoenix. The program will recognize three professional truck drivers who have demonstrated exceptional courage and courtesy on the nation's roadways.
This year, five finalists have been selected, and the public is invited to cast their votes to determine the top three truckers who will be crowned TCA Highway Angels of the Year.
The finalists are:
- Andrew Inlow, Maverick Transportation
- Jason Corino, Melton Truck Lines
- Michael Dorsey, Mercer Transportation
- Joseph Carroll, Elgin Motor Freight
- Daljit Sohi, Triple Eight Transport

Love’s opens new Missouri location
Love’s Travel Stops is now serving customers at its third new location in Missouri this year, which opened last week in Fredericktown.
The travel stop off Highway 67 at 1500 Highway 72 W is roughly halfway between Poplar Bluff and the St. Louis metro and adds 63 truck parking spaces and other amenities for professional drivers.
Food options at the Fredericktown travel stop include Love’s Fresh Kitchen, Godfather’s Pizza and Love’s third Dunkin’ Donuts to open in recent months.
It also features five diesel bays, four showers, a CAT Scale and more.
