Owner-operator Shawn Winders of Leesburg, Pa., hauls “pretty much anything and everything,” primarily flatbed materials, with his 2004 Peterbilt equipped with an extended hood, a 320-inch wheelbase, a Caterpillar motor and a 13-speed transmission. Winders, leased to K Line Trucking, says he “did a complete makeover” on the Pete, replacing the motor, clutch, fenders and bumper. He says everyone refers to the rig as “the orange truck.”
