Oilfield hauler’s Pete ‘in the ideal place’

Oilfield equipment hauler Jay Aid says his Lake Charles, La., home is “the ideal place” for what he does, as he’s only two hours from Houston. His 2010 Peterbilt 379 runs three different trailers for him, he says, including a double-drop with a detachable neck, a stretch trailer that can stretch up to 96-feet and a step-deck.
