The counting is done, and owner-operators and other truck show entrants and sponsors at the 2026 Large Cars & Guitars truck show in Bristol, Tennessee, raised upward of $14K going directly to the breast cancer research, awareness and support efforts of the Susan G. Komen foundation.
Overdrive was on-hand Monday at the Grand Ol' Opry in Nashville, Tennessee, for Large Cars & Guitars founder Tony Justice's presentation of the check to Nashville-area foundation rep April Douglas. As Justice notes in the video up top, the Large Cars show was founded in part to honor his wife Misty Justice's own successful battle against breast cancer more than five years ago now.

"After this past year we've broken the $200,000 mark in money raised," noted Justice. The milestone's particularly meaningful for him given "one of the reasons that we started this truck show was to celebrate my wife Misty's recovery from breast cancer and her victory, and celebrate with some of our closest friends" all around trucking.
"We are proud, really proud," he added, speaking directly to Douglas, to be able to present the check on behalf of so many participating truckers and event sponsors who make it possible.

In Tennessee, said Douglas, the foundation currently supports roughly 1,900 people weekly as a support network for breast cancer survivors and families, and those in treatment. She lauded the Justices' and truckers' efforts in "putting others before yourself and giving with your heart. ... It just makes all the difference."
The $14,050 2026 donation goes to research and advocacy, and patient care, Douglas noted. "We're grateful" to celebrate five years of the show.
The Susan G. Komen Foundation remains a principal beneficiary of Large Cars & Guitars' charitable efforts, even as the show's mission expanded with the venue change to Bristol Motor Speedway, bringing in other associated charities as well.
