Ray Maier’s first truck as an owner-operator is this 2017 Kenworth W900. It features a 550-horsepower Detroit and a 13-speed Eaton. Aside from the University of Alabama sticker on the sleeper, no custom work has been done to the truck yet. Maier, of Sylvester, Ga., hauls produce from the East Coast to the West Coast.
