Phil Arrington has owned this 1994 Freightliner Classic for about 25 years. The rig sports a Cat 3406E with an 18-speed. Arrington and his father had a fleet with up to 110 trucks at one time and closed it down on March 31, 2012 with 72 trucks due to the economy, insurance costs and rate cuts, among other factors. Now, Arrington runs two trucks, one of which he drives, and he has one driver that drives his other truck. "Life's a lot simpler now," he says.
