Brandywine, West Virginia-based Patrick White, owner of Top Notch Transport LLC, runs this 2001 Peterbilt 379 hauling primarily stepdeck freight all over the U.S., minus California. Powered by a 1998-model 500-hp 12.7-liter Detroit Series 60, the truck was custom built for Naples Transportation. It originally had 4.36 rears that were changed to 4.10 by the time White bought it. Since his purchase, White's adjusted the rears to 3.70.

"This truck wasn't the matriarch of the company, but she has became the pride of the company," White said. "Our son is obsessed with 'the yellow truck,' and has decided he's going to drive it when he gets big enough. Our three children have grown up in our business, and we are continuing to build it into something for them to carry on."
