Drivers sue FMCSA over pre-employment report information

Six drivers have filed a class-action lawsuit against FMCSA claiming the agency “disparaged” their safety records and diminished their value as truck drivers by oversharing information on the drivers’ Pre-Employment Screening Program reports.
