FMCSA details upcoming hours-of-service flexibility test rules
The agency moves forward with two pilot programs to collect data on increased flexibility in HOS regs with more split-sleeper options (up to 5/5 hours) and the ability to pause the 14-hour clock for up to 3 hours. More than 250 drivers will participate in each test.
