No parking at stop for Bike Week

Updated Feb 28, 2012

Truckers can get fuel but may not park at Love’s truck stop 316 in Ormond Beach, Fla., March 8-18, during so-called Bike Week.

The stop is adjacent to Daytona Harley Davidson, which has heavier than normal traffic during Bike Week.

In the past, traffic jams have deterred drivers from getting where they need to, forcing the truck stop to prohibit trucks from long-term rests for the duration of the week, says a Love’s spokeswoman.
