Melton increases driver pay

Melton Truck Lines Inc., of Tulsa, Okla., announced a 1 cent per mile across the board pay increase, effective June 5. In addition to the increase, the company has added a 4 cents per mile fuel bonus program, raised driver pay by 3 cents per mile for hazmat and loads to Canada and increased detention pay 20 percent in recent years.
