Prime Inc. has announced its Contractors and Company Drivers of the Year.
The carrier recognized nine contractors and company drivers for 2012. In the Flatbed Division, the honor went to company driver Charles Plant of Duncan, Okla., and owner-operator Bill Whoberry of Bradford, Tenn.
In the Tanker Division, Doug Adams, of Portland, Tenn., was named Company Driver of the Year, and owner-operator Rod Brown, of Houston, Texas, was named Contractor of the Year.
In the Refrigerated Division, the honors went to company drivers Shane and Johnna Morgan of Brunson, S.C., solo owner-operator Chad Daniel of Springfield, Mo., and team drivers Berinus Paul of Bellflower, Calif., and Curtis Parks of Phoenix, Ariz.
