Free Partners in Business seminars offered at GATS

Owner-operators looking to improve their business have an opportunity to attend free seminars at this year’s Great American Trucking Show in Dallas, Texas, in August.

The seminars, offered by Overdrive and ATBS, will help owner-operators improve their bottom lines through reducing costs and making better business decisions, enabling them to run smarter instead of harder.

Attending these seminars will include a free Partners in Business manual, which covers a variety of practical financial tips, tax and equipment management strategies and more.

In 2014, the number of owner-operators increased for the fourth consecutive year to 174,700, which is only 800 below the pre-recession levels of 2007. Additionally, according to ATBS, owner-operators achieved a 7 percent income increase over the 2013 average.
